CBD Oil Benefits for Massage

CDB oil may help alleviate joint or muscle pain, reduce inflammation in your skin or tissues and reduce anxiety or depression.

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a non-psychoactive derivative of the hemp plant which can provide immense relief to humans and even pets! At my studio and upon request, I integrate CBD oil into my massage for those who have increased inflammation or pain.

ABOUT CBD

Since 2900 B.C., Marijuana and its key ingredient, Cannabidiol (CBD), has been used to treat pain and inflammation.

Our bodies contain an intricate system called the endocannabinoid system, which is involved in synchronizing a variety of functions including how we sleep, eat, feel pain and respond to sicknesses.

We naturally produce endocannabinoids, neurotransmitters which attach to cannabinoid receptors in our nervous systems. Studies have shown that CBD helps reduce chronic pain by impacting endocannabinoid receptor activity, reducing inflammation and interacting with neurotransmitters.

How can CBD help me?

I add CBD as oil to my massage cream which I use in sessions upon request.

This may help alleviate joint or muscle pain, reduce inflammation in your skin or tissues and reduce anxiety or depression. You may also purchase some topical balm, oil or bath salts at my studio which contain CBD (and 0% THC) for you or your pet.

If you would like to try out cupping therapy, just text me at (208) 254-1982, book a massage and ask specifically for CBD to be included! I add it free of charge, along with hot stones, reflexology and essential oils (upon request).
